<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />PATRICIA A GOEBEL, A/K/A PATRICIA GOEBEL, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated DECEMBER 31, 2012 and recorded DECEMBER 31, 2012 in the Office of
<br />the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />INSTRUMENT NO. 201211239, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises;
<br />Unit # 1734, South Doreen Condominiums, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as shown
<br />on the plat and plan for South Doreen Condominiums and the Declarations thereof, and any amendments
<br />thereto, and subject to the Declaration, grants, covenants, easements, conditions and restrictions
<br />establishing a plan for condominium ownership of South Doreen Condominiums as set forth therein and
<br />of record as Instrument No. 200010301, and amendment recorded as Instrument No. 201009280, all as
<br />contained in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
