20140248- <br />such Property Settlement Agreement, and all of the terms and conditions contained <br />therein, were fully set forth verbatim herein. <br />3. The Petitioner shall be awarded the home and other real estate located at 403 <br />E. Hall, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as follows: <br />Lot 130 Buena Vista Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />Title to the real estate described in this paragraph is hereby quieted in the <br />Petitioner's name alone. <br />4. The Petitioner shall receive as her sole and separate property the parties' 1995 <br />Chevrolet Beretta automobile, VIN #1GKW15MX54143855, which is in her possession. <br />5. The Respondent shall receive as his sole and separate property the parties' 1998 <br />Ford Expedition automobile, VIN #1 FMU18W6WLA35736, which is in his possession. The <br />Respondent shall pay and hold the Petitioner harmless from any debt owed on this vehicle. <br />6. That the Respondent shall pay to the Clerk of the Hall County District Court a <br />money judgment in the amount of $7,000.00. The money judgment will be paid by the <br />Respondent to the Petitioner by payments in the amount of $3,500.00 on or before October <br />23, 2002, and in the amount of $3,500.00 on or before October 23, 2003. The two <br />payments provided for in this paragraph shall not bear judgment interest provided they are <br />paid in a timely manner. If the two payments provided for in this paragraph are not paid <br />in atimely manner, they shall draw interest at the current judgment rate of $5.442 %. Both <br />payments shall be paid by the Respondent to the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County <br />for further distribution to the Petitioner. <br />7. That neither party shall pay alimony to the other. <br />8. That each party shall pay for their Court costs incurred with this action. <br />9. That the Respondent shall pay through the Clerk of the District Court of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, the sum of $500.00 representing attorney fees for the benefit of the <br />Petitioner's attorney, John F. Vipperman. <br />10. That each party shall sign and execute any and all documents, titles, mortgages, <br />and liens necessary to effectuate the transaction of the property and possession as <br />outlined in the attached Property Settlement Agreement. <br />Page 3 of <br />3 <br />
