Vipperman, and <br />adduces evidence. Respondent was not present in Court nor represented by counsel. <br />The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: <br />1. Petitioner and Respondent have been residents of the State of Nebraska for <br />more than one year prior to the filing and were residents of Hall County at the time of the <br />filing herein. <br />2. The Respondent was served a Summons by the Sheriff of Hall, County, <br />Nebraska. The Court finds, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §42 -363 (Reissue 1998), that <br />more than sixty days have passed since the perfection of service of process upon the <br />Respondent. <br />3. The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and over the subject matter of this . <br />action and to make a child custody determination. <br />4. Petitioner is not a party to any other pending actions for divorce, separation, or <br />dissolution of marriage. <br />5. The marriage of Petitioner and Respondent is irretrievably broken, and every <br />reasonable effort to effect reconciliation has been made. <br />6. The Petitioner's Social Security Number is 505 -82 -6615. The Respondent's <br />Social Security Number is 536 -66 -5639. <br />7.
