STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />) ss <br />Pathway Bank <br />Trustee <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />CJ <br />c S ._ Cl <br />AFTER RECORDING RETURN TO: <br />Pathway Bank <br />PO Box 428 <br />Cairo, NE 68824 <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Trustees <br />of the Amish Mennonite Church, Trustors, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking <br />Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated January 8, 2007 in which Pathway Bank, <br />a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded January 10, <br />2007 as Instrument Number 200700268 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an <br />original stated indebtedness of $160,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said <br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as <br />follow: <br />Commencing at the South West corner of the South West quarter of Section <br />Numbered Twenty Five (25), in Township Number Eleven (11), North, and of <br />Range Number Twelve (12) west, of the Sixth Principal Meridian and running <br />thence East along the section line on the south side of said section to a point <br />Sixteen Rods distant from said South West corner and thence North to a point <br />Twenty Five (25) Rods from said section line thence West Sixteen rods to a point <br />on the West line of said section Twenty Five (25) Rods North of the place of <br />beginning thence South Twenty Five (25) Rods to the place of beginning and <br />containing Two and One half acres be the same more or less. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 25 day of April , 2014. <br />By: <br />Lee Jacobsen <br />Executive Vic resident/CLO <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 25th day of <br />April , 2014, by Lee Jacobsen, Chief Loan O cer fo way Bank, a Nebraska Banking <br />Corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />t. y Public <br />rn <br />rrt <br />N <br />C)' <br />N <br />— <br />co Z <br />—1 <br />
