Nl�nthiy Payment of Taxes, �nsuranceand�ther Charges.Barrower shal�include in each monthly <br /> payment,together with the princ�pa�and interest as set forth in the N�te and any late charges,a sum for <br /> �a}taxes and special assessments�evied or to be levied against the Property,�b}�easehold payments or <br /> ground rents on the Property,and[c)gremiums fQr insurance required under paragraph 4.
