Sanitary Sewer District No. 533 is hereby created for the <br />construction of an eight (8.0) inch sanitary sewer main and appurtenances thereto for Lots One <br />(1), Two (2), Twenty -One (21), and Twenty -Two (22), all in Block Five (5), Valley View <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska. <br />SECTION 2.
