[1] <br />•THIS SPACE RESERVED FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS. <br />"t7 <br />:a <br />N ) <br />h) <br />Cu <br />r <br />n <br />UTILITY EASEMENT <br />CHIEF FABRICATION, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, herein called Grantor, in <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />hereby grants and conveys unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and <br />perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, <br />relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and appurtenances connected <br />there with, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part of Lot One (1) <br />Chief Fab Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The <br />centerline of the twenty (20.0) foot wide easement and right -of -way tract being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot One (1) Chief Fab Second Subdivision in <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence northerly along the easterly <br />line of said Lot One (1), a distance of one hundred forty eight and ninety five <br />hundredths (148.95) feet to the ACTUAL Point of Beginning; thence deflecting left <br />78 °56'36" and running in a northwesterly direction, a distance of sixty two (62.0) feet to <br />the point of termination. The side lines of the above described tract shall be prolonged <br />or shortened as required to terminate on the easterly line of said Lot One (1) Chief Fab <br />Second Subdivision. <br />The above - described easement tracks and right -of -ways containing 0.028 acres, more <br />or less, as shown on the plat dated 3/28/2014, marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />rri <br />O <br />39 <br />Mail to: <br />Robert H.
