The centerline of the twenty (20.0) foot wide easement and right -of -way tract being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot One (1) Chief Fab Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence northerly along the easterly line of said Lot One (1), a distance of one hundred forty eight and ninety five hundredths (148.95) feet to the ACTUAL Point of Beginning; thence deflecting left 78 °56'36" and running in a northwesterly direction, a distance of sixty two (62.0) feet to the point of termination. The side lines of the above described tract shall be prolonged or shortened as required to terminate on the easterly line of said Lot One (1) Chief Fab Second Subdivision.
