<br />UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />DOUGLAS R. PETERSEN and TAMARA K. PETERSEN, husband and wife, herein
<br />called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Six Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Dollars
<br />($6,880.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and appurtenances connected
<br />there with, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part of the East Half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (E112, NW1 /4) and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1 /4, NW1 /4, NE1 /4) Section Four (4), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West, of the 6th PM, Hall County, Nebraska. The easement and
<br />right -of, -way being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the northeast corner of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E112,
<br />NW1 /4) Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West; thence
<br />southerly along the easterly line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2,
<br />NW1 /4) said Section Four (4), a distance of thirty three (33.0) feet to the southerly
<br />right -of -way line of Airport Road, being the ACTUAL Point Of Beginning; thence
<br />westerly along the southerly right -of -way line of said Airport Road to a point three
<br />hundred (300.0) feet east of the westerly line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(E1/2, NW1 /4) said Section Four (4); thence southerly and parallel with the westerly
<br />line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E112, NW1 /4) said Section Four (4), a
<br />distance of fifty (50.0) feet; thence northwesterly to a point on the easterly line of the
<br />East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2, NW1 /4) said Section Four (4), said point
<br />being twenty seven (27.0) feet south of the southerly right -of -way line of said Airport
