PETERSEN and TAMARA K. The easement and <br />right -of, -way being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E112, <br />NW1 /4) Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West; thence <br />southerly along the easterly line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2, <br />NW1 /4) said Section Four (4), a distance of thirty three (33.0) feet to the southerly <br />right -of -way line of Airport Road, being the ACTUAL Point Of Beginning; thence <br />westerly along the southerly right -of -way line of said Airport Road to a point three <br />hundred (300.0) feet east of the westerly line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />(E1/2, NW1 /4) said Section Four (4); thence southerly and parallel with the westerly <br />line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E112, NW1 /4) said Section Four (4), a <br />distance of fifty (50.0) feet; thence northwesterly to a point on the easterly line of the <br />East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2, NW1 /4) said Section Four (4), said point <br />being twenty seven (27.0) feet south of the southerly right -of -way line of said Airport <br />Mail to: <br />Robert H.
