<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RONALD
<br />D. BROCKMANN to VINCENT L. DOWDING, Attorney at Law and member of the Nebraska
<br />State Bar Association, Trustee, for the benefit of RUSSELL A. BARTH and LORRAINE M.
<br />BARTH, joint tenants, the Beneficiaries named therein, dated October 1, 2003, and recorded
<br />October 1, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />as Instrument No. 0200313100, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Successor Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises,
<br />but only as to such premises;
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Three (3) Original Town of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
