<br /> substances: gaso�ine,keras�ne,other flammable or to�ic pe�roleum products,toxic pesticides and h�rbicides,
<br /> valati�e solvents, materia�s conta�nin�asbestos or formaldeh�rde, and radioactrve materiais; �b)
<br /> "�nui�o�rne�t�al�,aw"means federal laws and laws of the jurisdic�ion where the Property is�ocated that
<br /> relate to hea��h, safe�or en�ironmenta.�protectian; (c} "Er�vironine��al Cleanu�"includes any response
<br /> acti�n, remedial action, or remo�a�actian, as de#"�ned in En.��ronmenta.l Law; and(d)an ".E�viro�trrae�tal
<br /> �'o�c�'itio�"means a condi�ion tha�can cause, cantribute tQ, or other�ise trigger an Enviranmenta���eanup.
<br /> Barrower sha�1 not cause or permit the presence,use,disposal, storag�,or release of any Haza.rdaus
<br /> Substances,or threaten�a re��ase any Hazardous Substances,on ar in the Property. Borrower shall no�do,
<br /> nor allow anyone else to do,an�thing affect�ng the Propert�r�a}that is in�iolation of any Environxnen�al
<br /> Lativ, (b)which cr�ates an En�ironmenta.l �ont�ition,or�c}wh�ch,due to the presence,use,or releas�Qf a
<br /> Hazardous Substance,creates a condit�on that adversely affect�the value of the Proper�y. The preceding t�o
<br /> �entences sha11 not apply to the presenee,use,or storage on the�'roperty of small quant�t�es of Hazardous
<br /> Subs�ances that are generally recognized to be appropriate to normal residential uses and to maintenance of
<br /> th�Property�inciuding,but not limited to,ha�ardouS substances in consumer pr�ducts}.
<br /> �anav�rer shall promptly give Lender written notice of�a)any investigation,claim,demand, lawsuit�r other
<br /> action by any gav�rnmental�r regulatory agenc�or pri�a�e party in�olving the Proper�an.d any Hazardous
<br /> Substa.nce or�n�iranmental La�of which Borrower has actual knowledge, �b}any En�ironmenta.l
<br /> Condition, including but not limited to,any spi�ling, teaking,discharge,re�ease or threat of release�f any
<br /> Ha�ardous Substance,and��}any condition caused by the presence,use or release of a Hazardous Sub��an.ce
<br /> wh�ch adverseiy affec�s the value of the Praperty. �f Borrower learns,or is notified by any governmenta.l or
<br /> regulatory authorit�,�r any private party,that any remo�al or other remediatian of any Hazardaus Substance
<br /> affecting the Property is necessary,Borro�rer shail promptly take all necessar�remedial ac�ians�n
<br /> accordance vvith Environmental Lavt�.Nothing herein shall create any obligation on Lender for an
<br /> Environmenta.l�leanup.
