<br /> nor al�ow anyone else ta do,anything affecting th�Property[a�that is in�io�at�on of any Environmenta.�
<br /> Law,(�}which crea�es an En��.ronmental Condition,or�c)v�hich,due to th�presence,use,or release of a
<br /> Hazardaus Subs�ance,cr�ates a condition that adverse�y af�ects the�a�ue of the Praperty.The pr�c�ding t►�o

<br /> Substan�ce�r Envuonmental Law of which Borro�er has actual kna�vledge, (b)any Environme�tal
