<br /> Subs�ances,or�t��aten to release an��Ia�art�o�s�uhstances,�n a�r in the P�r��e�,�o��we�shall�at do,
<br /> nor al�ow anyone else ta do,anything affecting th�Property[a�that is in�io�at�on of any Environmenta.�
<br /> Law,(�}which crea�es an En��.ronmental Condition,or�c)v�hich,due to th�presence,use,or release of a
<br /> Hazardaus Subs�ance,cr�ates a condition that adverse�y af�ects the�a�ue of the Praperty.The pr�c�ding t►�o
<br /> sentences shall not apply to the presence,use,or s�orage on the Fr�perty af�rna11�uantities�f Hazardous
<br /> Su�astanc�s that are genera.11y recogni.zed to be appropriate to n�rmal resident�a�uses an.d ta maintenance of

<br /> Substan�ce�r Envuonmental Law of which Borro�er has actual kna�vledge, (b)any Environme�tal
<br /> Condition, �ncluding but��t Iimited to,any spillin�, leaking,discharge,relea�e or tbreat of r�lea�e of any
