<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by MILTON
<br />MOTELS, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, to JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM,
<br />Attorney at Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />WAYNE VANOSDALL SANITATION, INC., a Nebraska corporation, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated June 11, 2009, and recorded June 12, 2009, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Grand Island, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200904707, has been paid, and the
<br />said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Successor Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following - described premises,
<br />but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot One (1) Vanosdall Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.

<br />On this 17th day of April, 2014, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public duly
<br />commissioned and qualified for in said County, personally came Brandon S. Connick, Attorney
<br />at Law and Member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, to me known to
<br />be the identical person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing Trustee's Deed of
<br />Reconveyance, and he acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed.
