WITNESSETH <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />C) C1D <br />c e <br />rn <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />THIS QUITCLAIM DEED is hereby declared and granted as of this `f day of April, <br />2014, by SOUTHERN PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT, a public corporation and political <br />subdivision of the State of Nebraska, organized and existing under the laws of the State of <br />Nebraska and having its principal place of business at 4550 West Husker Highway, P.O. Box <br />1687, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68803 ( "Grantor "), to Jerald D. Woitaszewski and Linda <br />Woitaszewski ( "Grantee ") on property located in Hall County, Nebraska, as more fully <br />described below. <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner in fee simple of a certain property of approximately <br />396.657 acres in size located in Hall County, Nebraska, and described in a deed recorded in the <br />Hall County Registry of Deeds ( "Property "); and <br />WHEREAS, the Property is known as Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant, and has <br />undergone an environmental restoration by the Department of the Army; and <br />WHEREAS, the Grantee's use of the Property will be in a manner consistent with the <br />Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant Reuse Committee Comprehensive Reuse Plan; and <br />Grantor and Grantee make the following conveyances, grants, assignments, reservations, <br />restrictions, covenants, exceptions, notifications, conditions, and agreements hereinafter set <br />forth. <br />f "3 <br />""0 S L <br />r r\, U! <br />Cr > <br />-.3 <br />..G <br />C , <br />/1 <br />
