<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />All irrigation equipment located on the NW ''A 14 -9 -12 in Hall County, Nebraska including a 7
<br />tower Valley center pivot, irrigation pump, and power unit.
<br />Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation
<br />WHEREAS, Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation by and through Ron Horst, its
<br />authorized officer as trustee under the trust deed and the financing statement dated 2 -23 -2007 executed by
<br />Merrill J. Wissing, Trustee, in which Town & Country Bank, is named as beneficiary, and said
<br />corporation, as trustee, and recorded 2 -26 -2007 as Inst. 02007 -01470 and Inst. 02007 -01471 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Town & Country Bank, the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that sums secured by such trust deed have
<br />been paid and that the Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance the property to the Trustors.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />said corporation, Town & Country Bank, by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely Merrill J. Wissing, Trustee,
<br />the property now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Kearney, Nebraska
<br />on February 28, 2014
<br />On this 28th day of February, 2014, before me, a Notary Public, duly commissioned, qualified for
<br />and residing in said County, personally came Ron Horst, Sr, Vice President of Town & Country Bank
<br />known to me to be the identical person whose name is affixed to the foregoing instrument and
<br />acknowledged the execution thereof to be their voluntary act and deed and the voluntary act and deed of
<br />said corporation.
