WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Mortgages executed by Lyle L.
<br />Harders AKA Lyle Harders and Frances Harders, husband and wife, Mortgagor, to The
<br />State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank,
<br />Mortgagee, under the Mortgages dated June, 1986 and August 4, 1986 in which The State
<br />Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is
<br />Beneficiary, said Mortgages being recorded in the County of Hall on August 4, 1986 and
<br />August 8, 1986 as Instrument No. 86- 104355 and No. 86- 104460 respectively, securing an
<br />original stated indebtedness of $75,000.00 each, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Release of Mortgage be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Release of
<br />Mortgage, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br />as follow:
<br />The Southwest Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12),
<br />West of the 6 P.M., and the Easterly 30 acres of the Northwest Quarter, also known as the
<br />Easterly % of the Easterly % of the Easterly 1 /2 of said Northwest Quarter of Section Ten (10),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6 P.M.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Release of Mortgage, at
