Brooks and James Brooks, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or <br />more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Ronald J. Willis and <br />Lori D.
