C) <br />rr1 , — CD '" v <br />C <br />@r) <br />That PLATTE VALLEY CONSTRUCTION CO., L.L.C, a Nebraska limited liability company, <br />herein called the Grantor, in consideration for Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable <br />consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, convey remise, <br />convey, release and forever quit claim unto H. A. & R.
