<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed(s) of Trust dated April 29, 1998, May 7, 2003, and June 27, 2005, executed by Bob Stahla
<br />Mobile Home Service, Inc, and Robert E. Stahla and Julie G. Stahla, Husband and Wife, as Trustors,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument No.
<br />98- 104032 on the 30th of April, 1998, entered as Instrument No. 0200305830 on May 9, 2003, and
<br />entered as Instrument No. 0200505927 on the 30th of June, 2005, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4) of Section Thirty Two (32), Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPTING
<br />therefrom tracts of land more particularly described in Return of Appraisers recorded in Book 11,
<br />Page 634 and Report of Appraisers recorded in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 76-
<br />007493
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 11th day of April, 2014.
