Schultz and Sharon J. Schultz, Cotrustees <br />of the Russell R. Schultz and Sharon J. Schultz Revocable Trust dated April 3, 2014, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />The Northeast Quarter (NE /4) of Section One (1), in Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />Lot Twenty -seven (27), and the East Sixty -two Feet (E 62') of Lot Twenty-six <br />(26), in Block Two (2), in Parkhill Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTORS covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that <br />GRANTORS: <br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />except easements and restrictions of record; <br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />Sharon Schul <br />4 lJ <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on April 3, 2014, by Russell R. <br />Schultz and Sharon J.
