<br />This easement, made this 1 day of 4jr/ / , 2014, between Roger W. Schmidt, as Personal
<br />Representative of the Estate of Mabel Viola Schmidt, also known as Mabel V. Schmidt, Grantor, and idiom
<br />E. Miller and Joyce E. Miller, husband and wife, and Leroy Miller, a single person, Grantees. Allan
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor is an owner of a certain property in Hall County, Nebraska, and Grantees are
<br />the owners of adjacent property,
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor is willing to grant Grantees a permanent easement for ingress and egress to
<br />Grantees' property.
<br />THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt
<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby grant to the Grantees, their successors and assigns,
