<br />That GRANTORS, Charles Davis and Beverly Davis, formerly known as Beverly Swoboda, husband
<br />and wife, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt

<br />of way and permanent easement in favor of Hall County, Nebraska, legally described in the
<br />Grant of Right of Way and Permanent Easement, filed of record as Document 95- 101530,
<br />on March 17, 1995, with the Hall County Register of Deeds.
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors:
<br />I. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except easements,
