Schmidt, Deceased, GRANTOR, pursuant to power of sale provisions contained in the Last Will and <br />Testament of Decedent filed in the Hall County Court, No. PR 13 -143, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), <br />and other good and valuable consideration, quit claims and conveys the estate's entire interest in the below - <br />described property, to Mark E. Miller and Anna M. Miller, husband and wife, GRANTEES, as joint tenants with <br />rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, in the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. Sec. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A strip of land commencing at a point thirty-three (33) feet south of the Northwest Corner of <br />Lot 4 on Mainland in the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twenty Three (23), Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; thence <br />easterly and parallel to the Northerly line of Lot 3 and 4 on Mainland in said Northwest <br />Quarter (NW1 /4) to a point on the easterly line of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), thirty-three <br />(33) feet south of the Northeast corner of Lot 3 on Mainland in said Northwest Quarter <br />(NW1 /4) thence southerly along the easterly line of said Lot 3 on Mainland in the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW1 /4) a distance of thirty-three (33) feet; thence westerly and parallel to the <br />northerly line of said Lot 3 and 4 on Mainland in Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) to the westerly <br />line of Lot 4 on Mainland in said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4); thence Northerly along the <br />westerly line of Lot 4 on Mainland in said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) a distance of thirty - <br />three (33) feet to the point of beginning. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on this day of 4 pri I 2014, by <br />Roger W.
