<br />That GRANTORS, Roger Schmidt and Jeannette Schmidt, husband and wife, in consideration of the
<br />sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, convey an undivided one -half (1/2) of their entire interest in the below- described property, to
<br />Allan E. Miller and Joyce E. Miller, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and convey
