<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot Six (6), County Subdivision of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4) and the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (El /2NE1 /4) of Section Five
<br />(5), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, with a part of said tract being in the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />except a parcel deeded to Meto Snell by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 91, Page 455, a
<br />parcel deeded to Rudolfs Majorins and Velta Majorins by Warranty Deed recorded in
<br />Book 111, Page 302, and parcels deeded to the State of Nebraska by Warranty Deeds
<br />recorded in Book 71, Page 153; Book 71, Page 523 and Book 82, Page 505, said Deeds
<br />recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office. Said tract of land, less exceptions
<br />being more particularly described as follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northwest corner of said Northwest
<br />Quarter (N W 1 /4); thence S 00° 00' 00" W (assumed bearing), along and upon the west
<br />line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of Nine Hundred Eighty Two (982.0)
<br />feet to a point on the southwesterly prolongation of the north line of said Lot Six (6),
<br />County Subdivision; thence N 58° 53' 28" E, along and upon the southwesterly
<br />prolongation of the north line of said Lot Six, County Subdivision, a distance of Fifty
<br />Eight and Four Tenths (58.40) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning, said point being
<br />on the easterly right of way line of Alda Road, and also being the northwest corner of said
<br />Lot Six (6), County Subdivision; thence continuing N 58° 53; 28" E, along and upon the
<br />north line of said Lot Six (6), County Subdivision, a distance of Forty Five and Sixty Four
<br />Hundredths (45.64) feet to the northeast corner of said Lot Six (6), County Subdivision,
<br />said point also being on the Westerly right of way line of Walnut Street; thence S 31° 01'

<br />Fetsch Subdivision, said point also being on the easterly right of way line of said Alda
<br />Road; thence N 00° 01' 20" W, along and upon the easterly right of way line of said Alda

<br />to a point, said point being Fifty Three (53.0) feet east of (measured perpendicular to) the
