MEAD and JUDITH A. MEAD, Husband and Wife, recorded in the Office of the <br />Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 200704702 has been paid and CHARLES A. <br />MEAD and JUDITH A. MEAD, Husband and Wife, Beneficiaries, have requested Cathleen H. <br />Allen, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee to execute and deliver this Deed of Reconveyance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of <br />the Beneficiaries named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, <br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate <br />derived of said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following- described premises, but <br />only as to such premises: <br />Lot Eleven (11), except a tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 200702318 and all of Lot Ten (10), Block Twenty - <br />One (21) in MacColl and Leflangs' Addition to the Village of Wood River, Ball <br />County, Nebraska, <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this 7 day of March, 2014. <br />Cathleen H.
