MEAD and JUDITH A. MEAD, husband and wife, recorded in the Office of the <br />Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 200702319 has been paid and CHARLES A. <br />MEAD and JUDITH A. MEAD, husband and wife, Beneficiaries, have requested Cathleen H. <br />Allen, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee to execute and deliver this Deed of Reconveyance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of <br />the Beneficiaries named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, <br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate <br />derived of said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following- described premises, but <br />only as to such premises: <br />The East Thirty Three Feet (E33') of Lot Eleven (11) and West Seventeen Feet <br />(W17') of Lot Twelve (12), in Block Twenty -One (21) in MacColl and Leflangs' <br />Addition to the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this 7 a y of March, 2014. <br />Cathleen H.
