<br />Gerberding as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />October 24, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book
<br />N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number 0200211572, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
