<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by: ROBERT E. BUCK
<br />and DAWNITA K. BUCK, husband and wife, to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />o ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated October 1, 2013 and recorded
<br />October 1, 2013 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #201308004 has been paid, and said
<br />El. beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and
<br />\ delivered;
<br />Gil - THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />n beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />y such premises;
<br />A tract of land in Morris Fifth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, •
<br />Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast: corner of Lot Twelve (12), in
<br />Block Eight (8), in Morris Fifth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska thence in
<br />a easterly direction along and upon the Northerly line of Eightbenth Street in said
<br />addition, a distance of 70 feet; thence northwesterly parallel to the Easterly line of said
<br />Lot 12 in said Block 8, a distance of 130 feet, to the Southerly line of the alley in said
<br />Block 8, if extended, thence southwesterly along and upon the southerly line of said alley
<br />and parallel to 18th street, a distance of 70 feet to the Northeast corner of said lot 12, in
<br />said Block 8, thence southeasterly along and upon the East line of said lot 12 in said
<br />Block 8, a distance of 130 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
