<br />. DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Jared P. Wetovick, it's authorized officer, as trustee under
<br />the Trust Deed dated 08/27/2007 and recorded on 08/29/2007, recorded as Instrument No. 0200707422;
<br />executed by Diane L. Reeves, a Single Person, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named
<br />as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all
<br />sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through its authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Diane L. Reeves, a Single Person. the estate now held by it
<br />thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Unit Eight (8), Raven Oaks Condominium, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />Condominium in accordance with the amended Master Deed and Declaration recorded on April 3,
<br />2000, under Document No. 200002611 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on March 24, 2014.
