Box 218, Osceola, NE 68651 <br />Platte River Recovery Implementation Foundation, a Nebraska non - profit <br />corporation, Trustee, GRANTOR, in consideration of Two Hundred One Thousand, Five <br />Hundred Forty-One & NO /100ths DOLLARS ($201,541.00) received from GRANTEE, <br />Charles D. Rother and Katrina M. Rother, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights <br />of survivorship, conveys to GRANTEE, the following- described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
