<br />At Beneficiary's request, and for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, Trustee hereby grants, releases, and reconveys to Trustor or the person(s) entitled
<br />thereto, all right, title, and interest of the Trustee acquired by virtue of the above - mentioned Trust
<br />Deed and Assignment of Rents in and to the following property:

<br />the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 11 North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, said tract being more particularly described as follows: With reference to the Northeast
<br />corner of said E 1/2 NW 1/4; thence running S00 degrees 52'12" E on the East line of said E1/2
<br />NW1 /4 for 40.00 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line of Husker Highway, said point being
<br />the actual POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S00 degrees 52'12" E on the East line of
<br />Said E1/2 NW1 /4 for 390.00 feet; thence on an assumed bearing of N 90 degrees 00'00" W,
<br />parallel with the North line of said E1/2 NW1 /4 for 242.00 feet; thence N 00 degrees 52'12" W for
<br />390.00 feet to a point on said right -of -way line, thence N 90 degrees 00'00" E on said right -of -way
<br />line for 242.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />The W 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 11 North, Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; EXCEPT, a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Quitclaim Deed in Book 150,
<br />at Page 384 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska.
