Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated March 22, 2013 (the "Deed of Trust ") which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: Entered as Instrument No. 201302435 on March 28, 2013 in the Hall County Register of Deeds office. REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: Lot Ten (10), in Block Two (2), Lake Davis Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 4335 CALVIN DR, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801. MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Increase principal amount to $21000.00 and extend maturity date to March 21, 2019. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the * terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note ").
