<br />and the subsequent taxes for 2010, 2011 and 2012 on County Treasurer's Certificate of Public Tax
<br />Sale No. 20110061 issued on the 9th day of March 2011 A.D. and,
<br />Whereas, the same not having been redeemed from such sale, and it appearing that the holder of
<br />the certificate of purchase of such real estate has complied with the laws of the State of Nebraska,
<br />necessary to entitle... HELEN KNOSP and US BANK ... to a deed of such real estate,
<br />Now, Therefore, I, County Treasurer of...Hall.., in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of
<br />the statutes of the State of Nebraska in such cases made and provided, do hereby grant and convey
