<br /> Existing Indehtedness. The wards "Existing Indebtedness" mean the indebtedness described in the Existing Liens

<br /> Cuaranty. The word"�uaran#y"means the guaranty frvm guarantor,endorser, surety,or accommodation party to
<br /> Lender,including withaut��mi�ation a guaranty of a�l ar part of the Note.
<br /> Hazardvus 5ubstan�es. The words "Hazardvus Substan�es" mean materials that, because vf their quantity,
<br /> conGentra�ion or physica�, chemical or infectious �haracteristics, may cause vr pose a present or potential hazard
<br /> to human hea��h or the en�Eronment when improperly used,treated,stored,dispased of,genera�ed, manufactured,
<br /> transported or othe�-wise handled. The words"Hazardous Subs�ances"are used in their�ery broadest sense and
<br /> include w�thout limitati�n any and ali hazardaus or tox�c substances, materfals or waste as defined by or listed
<br /> under the En�ironmental Laws. The term"Hazardous�ubstances"also inc�udes,wi#hout#imitation, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum by-produ�fs or any fracti�n thereof and asbestos.
<br /> Impro�ements. The word "Improvements" means all existing and future impro�emen�s, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobile hvmes afFixed on the Real Prope�ty, facilities, additions, replacements and other�onstruction on the Real
<br /> Properly.
<br /> Indebtedness. The ward "Indebtedness" means ai� principal, interest, and o#her amoun�s, cvsts and expenses
<br /> payable under the No�e or Rela�ed Dvcuments, together wi�h all renewals of, extensions of, modifications of,
<br /> cvnsol�dations vf and subs�i#utions far the Note or Related Documents and any amoun#s expended or ad�anced by

<br /> Property. The word"Prvperty"means collecti�ety the Real Property and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Property. The wvrds"Real Proper#y"mean the real property, interes�s and rights,as further desccibed in this
<br /> Deed o#Trust.
<br /> Related Documents. The wvrds "Re�ated Dacuments" mean a11 promissory notes, credit agreemen#s, laan
<br /> agreemen#s, �n�ironmenta� agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds af �rust, security
<br /> deeds, cvllateral mvr�gages, and alf other instruments, agreemenfs and dacuments, whe#her nvw or hereafter

<br /> Ren�s. The word "Rents" means al� present and future rents, re�enues, incvme, issues, royalties, profits, and
