The preceding�vo <br /> sen�ences shal�not apply ta the presence,use,or storage on the Property of sma�l quantities of Hazardous <br /> 5ubstances that are generally recognized to b�appropriate�o normal residential uses and to maintenance of <br /> the Property(including,but not�imited to, hazardous subs�ances in cansumer products). <br /> Borrower shall promp�iy give Lender writ�en notice of�a�any inve�tiga�ion,clairn,demand, lawsuit or other <br /> action by any governmental or regul�.t�ry agency or private party in�ol�ing the Property and any Hazardous <br /> Substa.nc�or En�ruonmen�a�Law of which Borrower has actual kn�tivledge, (b}any Environmenta.l <br /> Cond��ioa, including but not limited to,any spxlling, leaking,discharge,release or threat af re�ease of any <br /> Hazardous Substa.nce,and(c�any condition caused by th�presence,use or rel�ase of a Hazardaus Substance <br /> v�hich ad�ersely affects the value of�he Pra�er�y.
