Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated December 16, 2013 (the "Deed of <br />Trust ") which has been recorded in Hall County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />December 20, 2013 as Instrument No. 201309859 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in Hall County, <br />State of Nebraska: <br />All of the Easterly Forty (40) feet of Lot Seven (7) and the Westerly Twelve (12) Feet of Lot Eight (8), all in Block <br />Two (2), of Gladstone Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted <br />and recorded. <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2708 West John, Grand Island, NE. The Real Property tax <br />identification number is 400135981. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />The Note amount shall be in the amount of 879,000.00. <br />® <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms ciftI'e original Deed of Trust shall remain <br />▪ unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to tllis'Modification does not waive Lender's right to require <br />• Z strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. <br />Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by <br />• the Deed of Trust (the "Note "). It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable all parties to the Deed of Trust and all <br />parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including accommodation parties, unless a party is expressly released by <br />1'x'1 Lender in writing.
