<br /> DEF[NITi�NS. The fo[�owing words shall have the following meanings when used in this Deed of Trus�:
<br /> Bene�iciarya The word "Beneficiary" means Pinnacle Banl�- KMN, and its successors and assigns.
<br /> Borrower, The word FiBorrower" means BRA�❑ R[CHTER and MICHELLE RICHTER and includes all co--signers and

<br /> Guaranty. The wvrd "Guaran�y" means the guaran�y from guarantor, endorser, surety, ❑r acc�mm�datian party to
<br /> Lender, inc[uding without limitation a guaranty of all or par�of the lVo�e.
<br /> �mprvvemen�s. The word "lmproWements" means all e�cisting and future improvements, buildings, structu�es,
<br /> mobile homes affixed on the Real Prvper�y, facili�ies, add��ions, replacemen�s and �th�r c�nstructi�n on the R�al
<br /> Proper-�y.
<br /> lndeb�edness. The word "Ind��tedness" means all prin�ipal, in�er�st, and �ther amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under �he Note ar Re[ated Documents, �agether with aii ren�wals �f, extensions of, mvdificativns o�f,
<br /> canso[idations of and subst�tutivns �or the Note or Related D�cuments and any amaunts �xpended or advanced by
<br /> Lender �o dis�harge Trustor's ohligations ar e�penses incurred �y Trustee or Lender to enf�rce Trustor's
<br /> abligations under this Deed ��r Trust, togeth�r wi�h interest on such amounts as pr��ided in �his Deed of Trust.

<br /> tagether w�th a[[ accessions, parts, and additivns tv, a�f rep[acements o�, and all substitutions �For, any o� such
<br /> proper�y; and toge�her w�th a[[ proce�ds �including without limi�ation all insurance proceeds and refunds o�

<br /> Property. The word "Property" means collecti�ely�he Real Prvperty and the Persanal Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Property" mean�he real prvperty, interests and rights, as furth�r described in this

<br /> Related Documen�s. The words "Related Documents" mean all pr�missory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br /> agreemen�s, en�ironmen�al agreemen�s, guaranties, securi�y agreemen�s, mortgages, deeds vf trust, security
<br /> deeds, collateral mor�gages, and all a�her instruments, agreements and da�umen�s, whe�her now ❑r hereafter
<br /> ex�sting, executed in connecti�n wi�h the �ndebtedness.
<br /> Ren�s. The virord "R�nts" means aIi presen� and future ren�s, r��enues, income, issues, royal�ies, pr�fits, and
