(2) The interest rate I am required to pay at the first Change Date will not be greater than 4.5000 % or less than 3.5000 %. (3) My interest rate will never be increased or decreased on any single Change Date by more than One percentage points ( 1.0000 %) from the rate of interest I have been paying for the preceding period. (4) My interest rate will never be greater than 8.5000 %, which is called the "Maximum Rate." (5) My interest rate will never be less than 3.5000 %, which is called the "Minimum Rate." (6) My interest rate will never be less than the initial interest rate. (7) The interest rate I am required to pay at the first Change Date will not be greater than 4.5000 % or less than 3.5000 %.
