<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Acknowledgment to a certain Deed
<br />of Trust and the Preface to Deed of Trust Under Farm Homestead Protection Act executed by
<br />Carol M. Mieth, a single women, individually and Carol M. Mieth, as Trustee of the Stuart
<br />W. Mieth Trust, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now
<br />known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Acknowledgment and Preface to Deed of Trust
<br />dated April 24, 1996, in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation,
<br />now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Acknowledgment and Preface to Deed of
<br />Trust being recorded April 25, 1996, as Instrument numbers 96 103098, of the Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original indebtedness which has been paid or otherwise
<br />satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Acknowledgment and Preface to Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said
<br />Trustee hereunder, legally described as follow:
<br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E 1 /2NW 1 /4) and the Northeast Quarter (NE 1 /4) of
<br />Section Twenty -Seven (27); and the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section Thirty -Three (33);
<br />and the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W 1 /2NW 1/4) of Section Thirty -Four (34);
<br />EXCEPT Lot 1, Mieth Second Subdivision; all in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 7th day of March, 2014.
