<br /> Existing Ind�b�edness. The wo�ds "ExEs�ing fndebt�dness" mean the ind�btedness described �n the Existing Liens
<br /> pro�ision o�F this L7eed of Trus�.
<br /> Hazardous Substances. The w�rds "Hazardous Substances" mean mate��als �ha�, because af their quantity,
<br /> concentrafian vr physica�, ch�micaI or infectious characteristi�s, may cause or pose a present or poten��a� hazard
<br /> to human hea[�h o�the en�ironm�n�when imp�operly used, trea�ed, s�ored, d�sposed of, gene�ated, manufactured,
<br /> transported ❑r othervvise handied. The words "Hazardous Substances" are us�d in their�ery broades�sense and
<br /> - include without �imitativn any and all hazardvus or toxic subs�ances, materials or waste as defined by or listed
<br /> under the Envir�nmen�ai Laws. The term "Hazardous Su�s�ances"alsa includes,without limi�ation, pe�roleum and
<br /> petroleum by-produ�ts or any f�ac�ion�hereo�and ashestos.
