<br /> If the Property is�bandoaed by Borrower, or if Borrower fails to rospond to Lender wt�hin 30 days from the
<br /> date notice is mailed by L.ender to Borrower that the Insurance carrier offers to settle a claim for insurance benefita,
<br /> Lender ia authorized to collat and apply the insurance procceds at Lender's option either to restoration or repair of
<br /> the Property or to the sums secured by this Deed of Trust.
<br /> 6. Preservatlon and Mxintenance ot Property; I.easeholds; Condominiwns; Planned Untt Ikrdopmentx•
<br /> Borrower sh�il keep the Property In good repair and shall nol commlt waste or permit impurment or deterioracion of
<br /> the Property and shall comply with the provlsions of nny lease if this Dcod of Trusc is os a le�sehold. If this Deed of
<br /> Tcust is on a unit in a condominium or a planned unit development, Borrower shall perform all of Bocrowa's
<br /> obligations under the dxlaration or covenants creating or governing the condominium or plannod unic development,

<br /> 7,Protection o!Lender's Saurlty.If Borrower falle to perform the covenants and agreements conuuned in this
