ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS; APPOINTh1ENT OF RECEIVER; L��VDER IN PO.SSESSION. <br /> Bonowcr absolutely and umonditlonally assigns and transfers to Len�er all the rents and revenues ("Rents") af <br /> the Propeny, regardlesi of to whom the Rents of the Property are payable.
