A�c�lerat�on; Remedie�. Lender shall g�ve na�ice to �3orrQvver prior to acce�era��on f�llowing <br /> Borrowerr s breach of any co�enant or agre�ment in thi�Secur�ty Instrument�but no� prior to <br /> acc��era�ion under Se�tion 1 S unless Applicab�e Law pro�ides otherw��e�.
