<br />UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />MORRISON ENTERPRISES, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, herein
<br />called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of one Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br />appurtenances connected there with, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of the West Half of the East Half (W1/2,E1/2), of Section Twenty
<br />Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th PM, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The utility easement and right -of -way being
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), Section
<br />Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br />PM, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence easterly along the, southerly
<br />line of the said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), on an assumed bearing of
<br />N88 °49'22 "E, a distance of thirty three (33.0) feet to a point on the easterly right -
<br />of -way line of Claude Road; thence N00 °58'00 "W, along the easterly right -of -way
<br />line of said Claude Road, a distance of one hundred nine (109.0) feet to the
<br />ACTUAL Point of Beginning; thence continuing N00 °58'00 "W, along the easterly
<br />right -of -way line of said Claude Road, a distance of twenty (20.0) feet; thence
