Burr, Husband and Wife, to Adams County Bank, Trustee, for the <br />benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of Trust being dated 6th <br />day of April, 2011 and recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on April 19 2011 as Instrument No. 0201102983, has been paid, and said <br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the <br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these presents, <br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate <br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the following described <br />premises, to -wit: <br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as belonging <br />to such premises. <br />On this 14th day of February, 2014, before me a Notary Public, duly commissioned, <br />qualified for and residing in said County, Personally came Gaylin R.
