N m <br />e C <br />,p n z <br />0 = n0 <br />- X 2 <br />UNILATERAL SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />rs> <br />WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement are the old lender, namely Platte Valley <br />State Bank & Trust Company hereinafter called LENDER #1; and the new lender, <br />namely Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, Its Successors and/or Assigns, <br />hereinafter called LENDER #2 and Andrew W. Meier and Nicole M.
