<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot One (1) and part of Fractional Lots Two (2)
<br />and Three (3), elf in Fraction Block Thirty Six (36), John W Lambert's Addition along
<br />with that portion of Street Right Of Way as described in Ordinance No. 9466 and
<br />filed in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 201309782 all in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
