<br />Schmidt Living Revocable Trust, convey an undivided one - eighty fourth (1/84) interest each, to Roger
<br />Schmidt, Charles Schmidt, Edwin Schmidt, Carol Swoboda, Beverly Davis, and Cynthia Claassen, Grantees,
<br />as tenants in common, and not as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, in the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):

<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4) and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -Three (23), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12),
<br />West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom 20.33 acres, said tract
<br />containing 94 acres, more or less, and also described as all that part of Lots Three (3) and
<br />Four (4), and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4NW1 /4), Section
<br />Twenty -three (23), above described, lying North of the Interstate #80, EXCEPTING the Right
<br />of Way shown in Document No. 95- 101530, filed on March 17, 1995, with the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds.

<br />Grantors have determined that the Grantees are the persons entitled to distribution of the real estate from
<br />said trust estate. Grantors covenant with Grantees that Grantors have legal power and lawful authority to
