<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Deed of Trust," executed by Roy D. Stoltenberg and Mary P. Stoltenberg,
<br />husband and wife, ( "Trustor "), to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated February 3, 2003, and recorded February 3, 2003, as
<br />Instrument # 0200301312 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by.,or through the
<br />Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />A strip of land Two (2) Rods Wide and Eighty 180) Rods Long across the East side of the South Half (S1 /2) of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /4); AND,
<br />The South Half (S1 /2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4), except all that portion of a triangular piece of ground
<br />in the Northeast corner and lying North of the Right of Way of Grand Island and Wyoming Central Railroad
<br />Company, all in Section Twenty -Five (25), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 8th
<br />P.M„ in Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the Right of Way of Grand Island and Wyoming Railroad Company
<br />over and across said land.
