<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed:

<br /> the date af the execution of thio Deed of Trust Modification
<br /> A.greement, the indebtedness secured by the Deed o£ Trust ,
<br /> described hereinabove sha11 secure advances made concurrently
<br /> herewith and future advances in accordance wi�h th� following -'"
<br /> provision which shall hereafter be deemed to be a part of such
<br /> Deed of Trust:
<br /> F�� � A 'v�nces. Upon request oE Borrower, Lender may,
<br /> at its �ption, -make additional and future advances and
<br /> readvances to Harrower. Such advances and readvances,
<br /> with inter�s� thereon, shall be secured by this Deed of
<br />- Trust. At no time shall t.he pri�zcipal amount of the
<br /> indebtetinese secured by this Deed of Truat, not includ-
<br /> ing sums advanced to protect thP security of this Deed
<br /> of Trust, exceed the origznal principal amount stated

<br /> 2. Con �n�;n� Ef fec�t. Except as specif ically modif ied by
<br />= this Deed of Trust ModiEication Agreement, all other terms and
<br /> provisions of the Deed of Trust hereinabove identified shall
<br />- remain in fu�.l force and effect.
<br /> 3 , Fff P�* on oth r Securitv . All real estate mortgages,
<br /> - deeds o� trust, assignments and security agreements heretofore or
<br /> concurrently herewith to be granted shall remain in ful.l force
<br /> and effect to the extent not inconsistent with this Deed of Trust

<br /> F�orrowers remaining indebtedness previously existing until such
<br /> sum shall be paid, as well as any future indebtedness owing Erom
<br /> Borrower to the Lender for future advancee and renewals in
<br /> respect to all sums owing from Boxrower to Lender.
<br /> 4. Add�tional DocLmentat�on, Borrower further covenants to
<br /> and with Lender that Borrower shall, and will, at any time, now
<br /> or later, upon� request, make, do, e:secute and deliver all such
<br /> furthsr and other acts, deeds and things as shall be reasonably
<br /> re�uired to effectuate the intention of this Deed oE Trust
<br /> Modification Agreement and to insure and confirm to the Lender
<br /> all and singuJ.ar the property, securities and rigkits described,
<br /> and irltended t4 be conveyed, as security so as to render the
<br /> same, and all portions, whether now owned or later acquired,
<br /> subject to these terms, pz'ovisions and conditions according to
<br /> the true intent and purposes expressed.
<br /> 5. iver• Z'he failure of the Lender, at any time, to
<br /> require the per£ormance by the Boxrower of any of these t ernns,
<br /> - covenants and agreements shall, in no way, affect its rights to
<br /> enforce the same; nor the waiver by the Lender of any breach of
<br /> - any term, cdvenant or agreement be taken or held to be a waiver
<br /> � of any succeeding breach of any such term, covenant or. agreement,
